REInventure, LLC is a local property investment company focused on helping homeowners find straightforward solutions when selling a property may feel complicated.

We work directly with homeowners dealing with inherited properties, vacant homes, houses needing major repairs, foreclosure situations, or simply a property they no longer want to maintain. Properties can be sold as-is, without making costly repairs or renovations before selling.

REInventure is run by Nick and Lynn, and we believe in treating homeowners with respect, communicating clearly, and making the process as simple as possible. Every situation is different, so we take the time to understand the property and the homeowner’s needs before discussing the options that may work for them.
